Boss Brothers Country Store opened in May of 2000, under the ownership of Michael and Ken Boss and Ken's wife, Susan. The store is one of the Purina Mills "America's Country Store" concept stores.  Before the doors ever opened, the ground work had been laid since February of 1988, when the original "Feed Store" was opened.  The Purina checkerboard has hung over the store since 1988 and has increased from shipping 100 tons to 1200 tons a year. Boss Brothers currently has 9 employees and services a 20 mile radius.  The store has evolved from being just a feed, seed and fertilizer store, to having departments such as Clothing, Pet, Gift, Wildbird & Wildlife, Horse Supplies and Tack.  Our new description really fits.  "We are a feed store and a whole lot more."
